This spiritually enriching 2-day tour takes you through the divine sites of Vrindavan, Mathura, and Gokul, the sacred places associated with Lord Krishna’s life. Experience the grand temples, mystical ghats, and serene ashrams as you walk through the footsteps of Krishna’s pastimes.
Your journey begins in Vrindavan, a town where every street and temple echoes with Krishna’s divine presence. After breakfast, we first visit the Banke Bihari Temple, one of the most revered Krishna temples, where the idol of Lord Krishna mesmerizes devotees with its playful darshan. The temple ambiance is filled with devotional bhajans and enthusiastic crowds, creating a blissful atmosphere.
Next, we visit the ISKCON Temple (Sri Krishna Balaram Mandir), which attracts international devotees with its soul-stirring kirtans and serene surroundings. The temple’s white marble structure and spiritual ambiance make it a perfect place for meditation and devotion. After spending time here, we proceed to the Radha Vallabh Temple, a unique shrine where Radha is worshipped as the supreme goddess, and Krishna is represented symbolically by a sacred crown.
In the afternoon, we head to Prem Mandir, a magnificent white marble temple depicting Krishna’s life through detailed carvings and dioramas. The temple is famous for its evening light show, where colorful lights illuminate the divine structure, making it a visual delight. Our next stop is Nidhivan, a mysterious place where locals believe that Krishna and Radha perform the Ras Leela every night, and no one is allowed to stay inside after sunset.
By evening, we return to the hotel in Vrindavan for a relaxing overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, we depart for Mathura, the birthplace of Lord Krishna. Our first destination is the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple, where Krishna was born in a prison cell over 5,000 years ago. This sacred temple complex is filled with spiritual energy and historic significance. Next, we visit the Dwarkadhish Temple, a beautiful temple dedicated to Krishna as the King of Dwarka. The temple is known for its intricate carvings and vibrant morning rituals.
We then proceed to Vishram Ghat, the most sacred ghat in Mathura, where Krishna is believed to have rested after defeating the demon king Kansa. You can enjoy a serene boat ride on the Yamuna River and witness the morning prayers performed by devotees.
After lunch, we head to Gokul, the village where Krishna was raised by Yashoda and Nanda Maharaj. Our first stop is the Gokul Temple, where Krishna spent his childhood performing playful miracles. Next, we visit Chaurasi Khamba (84 Pillars Temple), a historic site associated with Krishna’s childhood pastimes, and Raman Reti, a sacred sandy area where Krishna is said to have played with his friends and cows. Devotees believe that rolling in the soft golden sands of Raman Reti brings spiritual bliss and divine blessings.
By evening, we conclude our Vrindavan to Mathura, Gokul & Raman Reti tour and drop you at your preferred location, carrying cherished memories of this sacred journey.
